Very happy with Myfitfoods…I just tried the new flavor of the Parfait and it’s very good…but I also like the prior ones they had as well. I always buy at least one with every order. The meals are so convenient and satisfying and now enjoying the new ones that were released. I recommend the meals for anyone who wants healthy meals or weight loss and if your short on time to cook a meal…I normally cook another vegetable to go along with the meal making sure to get more vitamins and the my quota of vegetables. I wouldn’t even mind if they made just the main course & I add the vegetables… although either way works for me..
